THE FOUR LEPERS STORY


Once upon a time lived four lepers who sit at the gate of Samaria to beg.They were so popular and friendly that 10 out of every 100 passersby drops some coin in their bowl.
As time went on, the city was besieged by their neighboring country men which resulted to famine in the land. No passerby had enough money to feed let alone giving alms to these famous beggars. Soon the lepers began to feel the pinch. They called themselves into a meeting and one of them said "This is death staring us in the face, are we going to remain here and starve to death?" Another insinuated "I think its better we go into the camp of our said enemies, as they may see us as mere lepers

THE BIG BAD WOLF AND THE THREE LITTLE PIG STORY

Once upon a time there were three little pigs. One pig built a house of straw while the second pig built his house with sticks. And the third wisely built his house with bricks.
Two of the pigs built their houses very quickly and then sang and danced all day, making fun and mockery of the third pig who worked hard all day building his house with bricks. Finally the third pigs finished building his house and the three pigs could enjoy life.
A big bad wolf saw the two little pigs while they danced and played and thought,

THE YOUNG PAINTER STORY

A young painting apprentice who had just completed his course under a great painter was so excited and enthusiastic that he wanted to show case his painting skill to the world for approval.  He put all his effort and painted a beautiful scenery which took him three days to do.

After creating the art work he decided to display it on a busy street-crossing of that small town close to where he resides.He had just one goal in mind;  people’s opinion about his painting skills. And attached to the art work down below was a card board which read-”Good day passers-by, I have just painted this piece.  I might have committed some mistakes while giving out my best for this project, Please put a cross wherever you see a mistake and if possible leave a comment.”

THE SOCRATES STORY



A young lad asked Socrates the secret to success. Socrates told him to meet him near the river the next morning. 
The next day they met, Socrates asks the lad to walk with him toward the river. When the water got up to their neck, Socrates took the young lad by surprise and ducked him into the water. The boy struggled to get out but Socrates was strong enough and kept him there until he started turning blue.

MIDAS AND THE GOLDEN TOUCH STORY

long long ago lived a king called Midas.He was a very wealthy personality and tends to had more gold than anyone in the world. He stored up golden coins  in huge vaults underneath his palace and spent many hours each day, handling and counting his treasure.
But no matter how much gold Uncle Midas possessed, he was never contented. He always wanted more gold as he spent much of his time dreaming about how to obtain still more of it.
Just by surprise,one day, he attracted his crave; a being dressed in white apparel appeared to Midas and granted him a wish. King  Midas unhesitating, wishes for the “golden touch”- that everything he touched would turn to gold. And the deal was sealed.
The next morning when Midas woke up from his bed, he found that his plain linen bed covers had been transformed into a finely spun gold! He gasped in astonishment and jumped out of his bed. Then he touched the bed and it turned to gold. ‘Its true” he muttered in his confused state ‘I have the golden touch”
He rushed through the palace, brushing against walls and crafted furniture’s, all of which turned gold at his touch. Out to his garden, he went from one flower to another, trees and even his pets and other animal creatures touching and smiling as they turned gold.
