SHORT STORY OF THE WOLF AND THE LAMB

A little lamb with a bell on it neck wandered from a flock of sheep eating fresh grass. soon it realize that it lost its way and was far away from the crew. It decided to join them but as it turned it saw a

hungry wolf standing, beaming a smile.

The lamb realized that there is no option left as she would be consumed except to surrender itself to the wolf.

WAKE UP

A young christian lady got married and was blessed with four kids. Her early stage of marriage was indeed blissful before her best friend intruded and snatched her husband.

Things grew worse when she was kicked out of her matrimonial home. she thought making peace with her new rival would proffer a solution to her unending problem whereas she posed a nuisance and a threat as far as her husband's new wife is concerned.

Not too long she lost her marriage, one of her kids died. she termed it destiny. in no time another son followed. she concluded that God wants it that way like her devoted  Muslim friend  implied.

Another bombshell happened on the third child and she was still trying to make up with her foe(husband's new wife)  who made her realized that by the time she finished dealing with her she would no longer remember she once had a husband.unfortunately before the beam in her eyes dropped, she had already lost the fourth child. what a pity?

A man got a contract worth millions of dollars. Impelled by the huge profit involved, he motivated his work men to finish the job on time.

soon the job was completed and perfectly done and he settled his workers.  After the  inspection  by the  organization, he was issued the huge cheque as his balance.

THE LION'S SHARE

A lion, a leopard,a  fox and a wolf went hunting together. They tried hard all day long but could not find anything worth their search. late in the evening they luckily catch a deer. The four hungry beasts attacked the deer and killed it fast . They decided to share their meal.

 A 10 year old boy, who's left arm was damaged and subsequently amputated decided to learn judo. 

His teacher was an old Chinese judo expert.
The boy was able to grasp quickly and after three months, he was able to master only one move. 

A PASTOR'S CONFESSION

Three men of God met and agreed to tell one another their bugging problem which must secretly be kept from others hearing.
The first pastor said “my problem is pilfering; I always steal from the church purse, please brethren I need you to pray for me.”

A worried woman came to her Doctor and said : 'Doctor, I have a serious problem and desperately need your help! My baby is not even 2 yr. old and I'm pregnant again. I don't want kids so close together.' So the doctor said: 'Ok and what do you want me to ...do?' She said: 'I want you to perform an abortion, and I'm counting on your help with this.'

MENIAL OR MENTAL?

 A very strong and hardworking woodcutter asked  for a job with a timber merchant, and he got it.
The salary was really good and so were the work  conditions. For that reason, the woodcutter was determined to do his best.

LIFE IS A REFLECTION

A son and his father were walking on the mountains.

Suddenly, his son falls, hurts himself and screams: ooooooh my foot!!!"

To his surprise, he hears the voice repeating, somewhere in the mountain:ooooooh my foot!!!"

THE FARMER AND THE SERPENT

A Rich farmer's son by accident trod upon a Serpent's tail, which turned and bit him so that he died. The father in a rage, vengefully got his axe, and pursuing the Serpent, cut off part of its tail.

THE PEACOCK STORY

The Peacock was an ordinary bird, with a small bunch of feathers, before he got his beautiful tail.
One day, she visited Juno, the goddess of Protection. The Peacock told her that she wished to look grand and beautiful. Juno smiled. she was a good bird and juno liked her.

THE LION IN LOVE

A Lion betrothed the daughter of a woodcutter and asked her hand in marriage.The Father, unwilling to grant, and yet afraid to refuse his request, hit upon this expedient to rid himself of his importunity. 

THE BUTTERFLY COCOON

A man found a butterfly cocoon. One day a small opening appeared. He sat and watched the butterfly for several hours as it struggled to force its body through that little hole. Then it seemed to stop making any progress and appeared as if it could go no further.

So the man took a pair of scissors and snipped off the remaining bit of the cocoon. The butterfly then emerged easily, but it had a swollen body and small a pair of shriveled wings. The man continued to watch the butterfly because he expected that, at any moment, the wings would enlarge and expand to be able to support the body.

Neither happened! In fact, the butterfly spent the rest of its life crawling around with a swollen body and shriveled wings. It  was never able to fly to find food and later died. 

 What the kind man did not understand was that the restricting cocoon and the struggle required for the butterfly to get through the tiny opening were nature’s way of forcing fluid from the body of the butterfly into its wings so that it would be ready for flight once it achieved its freedom from the cocoon.
