Angels visit
Two angels were traveling and stopped to spend the night in the home of a wealthy family.
The family was rude and non receptive as they refused to let the angels stay in the mansion’s guest room. Instead the angels were given a small space in the cold basement.
As they made their bed on the hard floor, the older angel saw a hole in the wall and repaired it. When the younger angel asked why, the older angel replied, “Things aren’t always what they seem.”
The next day they continued their journey and at night decided to rest at the house of a very poor, but very hospitable farmer and his wife.
After sharing the little food they had the couple let the angels sleep in their bed where they could have a good night’s rest while they managed on their cold floor without a carpet. When the sun came up the next morning the angels found the farmer and his wife in tears. Their only cow, whose milk had been their sole income, lay dead in the field.
The younger angel was infuriated and asked the older angel, “How could you have let this happen? The first man had everything, yet you helped him.” – she accused. “The second family had little but was willing to share everything, and you let the cow die.”
“Things aren't always what they seem.” – the older angel replied again.
“When we stayed in the basement of the mansion, I noticed there was gold stored in that hole in the wall. Since the owner was so obsessed with greed and unwilling to share his good fortune, I sealed the wall so he wouldn't find it. Then last night as we slept in the farmers bed, the angel of death came for his wife. I gave him the cow instead. Things aren’t always what they seem.”
lesson;
Sometimes that is exactly what happens when things don’t turn out the way they should.
We just have no reason to complain. if you complain you get issues complicated the more.
In everything give thanks to the almighty. If you thank God for his finger you will witness his hands.
If at all you've lost anything, God is the reason you've not lost everything.

two fighting travellers
Once upon a time, two closed friends; Habiba and Muiba
embarked on a distant journey on a camels’ ride. They rode to a point, got tired and decided to have some rest. While they sat under the sun, the
camel too decided to take a rest and lay on the floor. As the camel lay, the
two friends began to strive on who would rest under the little shade of this
camel’s shadow. Too soon they started fighting over this trivial issue. While
still on that, the camel stood and walked away living them behind to realize
their stupidity. In the midst of the fight a smuggler came and made away with
their luggage. Later, when the fight was amicably resolved by a goodly passerby
who got to know the bone of contention, he made them realize their mistake and
they became ashamed of their folly and regretted their action.
Moral;
Sometimes we constantly fight over issues that are not
weighty and fail to realize the cost.
Always think the aftermath of your action before you act.

Short Stories of The Frogs and the Well
Two Frogs lived together in a marsh. But one hot summer the marsh dried up, and they left it in search for another cool place to live. At last they came to a deep well, and one of them looked down into it, and said to the other, "This looks very nice and cool and seem to be the kind of habitat we want. Let us jump in and settle here."But the other, who had a wiser head on his shoulders, replied, "Not so fast, my friend. Supposing this well dried up like the marsh, how are we going to get out?"

ATTITUDE
Once upon a time in Great China lived a young lady named Li-Li. She got married and went to live with her husband and mother-in-law.
In a very short time, Li-Li found that she couldn’t get along with her mother-in-law as they are always at logger heads. Their personalities were very different, and Li-Li was angered by many of her mother-in-law’s habits. In addition, she criticized Li-Li constantly.
Days turned weeks and weeks erupted months Li-Li and her mother-in-law never stopped arguing and fighting. But what made the situation even worse was that, according to ancient Chinese tradition, Li-Li had to bow to her mother-in-law and obey her every wish. All the anger and unhappiness in the house was causing the poor husband great distress.
Finally, Li-Li could not stand her mother-in-law’s bad temper and dictatorship any longer, and she decided to do something about it.
She went to see her father’s good friend, Mr. Huang, who sold herbs. She told him the situation and asked if he would give her some poison so that she could solve the problem once and for all. Mr. Huang thought for a while, and finally said, “Li-Li, I will help you solve your problem, but you must listen to me and obey whatever I tell you.”
Li-Li said, “Yes, Mr. Huang, I will do whatever you tell me to do.” Mr. Huang went into the back room, and returned in a few minutes with a package of herbs.
He told Li-Li, “You can’t use a quick-acting poison to get rid of your mother-in-law, or else you could be suspicious. Therefore, I have given you a number of herbs that will slowly build up poison in her body. Every other day prepare some delicious meal and put a little of these herbs in her serving. Now, in order to make sure that nobody suspects you when she dies, you must be very careful to act very friendly towards her. Don’t argue with her, obey her every wish, and treat her like a queen.”
Li-Li was so happy. She thanked Mr. Huang and hurried home to start her plot of murdering her mother-in-law.
Weeks went by, months went by, and every other day, Li-Li served the specially treated food to her mother-in-law. She remembered what Mr. Huang had said about avoiding suspicion, so she controlled her temper, obeyed her mother-in-law, and treated her like her own mother. After six months had passed, the whole household had changed.
Li-Li had practiced controlling her temper so much that she found that she almost never got mad or upset. She hadn’t had an argument in six months with her mother-in-law, who now seemed much kinder and easier to get along with.
The mother-in-law’s attitude toward Li-Li changed, and she began to love Li-Li like her own daughter. She kept telling friends and relatives that Li-Li has became a changed person and was the best daughter-in-law one could ever find. Li-Li and her mother-in-law were now treating each other like a real mother and daughter.
Li-Li’s husband was very happy to see what was happening.
One day, Li-Li came to see Mr. Huang and asked for his help again. She said, “Mr. Huang, please help me to stop the poison from killing my mother-in-law! She’s changed into such a nice woman, and I love her like my own mother. I do not want her to die because of the poison I gave her please help me with the antidote.” she cried!
Mr. Huang smiled and nodded his head. “Li-Li, there’s nothing to worry about. I never gave you any poison. The herbs I gave you were vitamins to improve her health. The only poison was in your mind and your attitude toward her, but that has been all washed away by the love which you gave to her.”
